Why entrust your business creation to a chartered accountant?
Planning to start a business in Morocco? ACVAS Experts, a firm registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants (Ordre des Experts-comptables), supports you in setting up your company in Morocco, from choosing the legal form to launching your business. You focus on your project; we handle the formalities.
The choices made at formation (legal form, share capital allocation, tax regime, status of the manager) have lasting consequences for how your company operates. We help you make the right choices from the outset. We draft articles of association tailored to your situation and secure every step, to avoid costly mistakes and unpleasant surprises.
Which legal form should you choose?
- SARL : the most common form in Morocco, suited to both small and medium-sized businesses. Share capital is freely set by the partners, and their liability is limited to their contributions.
- Single-member SARL (SARL AU) : an SARL with a single partner, ideal for going into business alone while limiting your liability to your contribution.
- SA : suited to larger projects, with structured governance and financial statements audited by a statutory auditor.
- SAS (or SASU for a single shareholder) : the most flexible form, whose operation is freely set by the articles of association.
We analyse your project to recommend the most suitable structure and tax regime.
